The mountain town of Jess-Mara (elev. 6,079) is tequilas highest altitude agave region, and the El Pandillo Distillery is arguably one of the most forward-thinking and sustainable distilleries in the business.

There, Felipe Camarena masterfully crafts this bright, aromatic tequila from stressed hillside agave plants, slowly roasted in brick ovens and macerated intact with fiber for a pronounced agave flavor.

This fine aged brandy is produced from the unique wines of Israel. It is distilled to concentrate its flavor, then aged for three years in the finest oak casks where the brandy develops its golden amber color. About Ntsiki Biyela

Growing up in Mahlabathini, a rural village in KwaZulu-Natal, Ntsiki was awarded a scholarship to study winemaking in 1999 and graduated in 2003 with a BSc in Agriculture (Viticulture and Oenology) from Stellenbosch University. She has since consulted in Bordeaux, collaborated with Californian winemakers, and sits on the board of the Pinotage Youth Development Academy — which provides technical training and personal development for young South Africans entering the wine industry.

Au Bon Climat has been producing Burgundian-styled Pinot Noir from Santa Barbara County since 1982 — well before Sideways put the region on the map. The 2024 is a handcrafted blend from premier vineyards across the county: Bien Nacido, North Canyon, and Rancho Real in the Santa Maria Valley, with a small percentage from Kick On and Los Alamos. Hand harvested, fermented in small lots with daily manual punch downs, and aged 8–12 months in François Frères French oak barrels. Forty years of consistent winemaking, and it shows.

This time, we’ve teamed up with one of the most iconic Argentine winegrowing families — the Benegas-Lynch family. Fifth-generation producers in Mendoza, Argentina, their legacy is deeply rooted in the cradle of Argentine winemaking.

Avenida 67 was the first label I ever created for 67 Wine, so it carries tremendous sentimental value. Working with Tiburcio Benegas, who currently leads operations at Bodegas Benegas, has been an absolute pleasure. Tiburcio is a man of many talents, and preserving his family’s legacy is among his greatest passions.

Argiano is one of Montalcino’s most historic estates, its origins tracing back to the 16th century. NC — Non Confunditur, Latin for “not to be confused” — is the estate’s Super Tuscan: a Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sangiovese blend grown on alluvial soils with traces of calcareous marl at 280–310 metres above sea level, farmed organically with spurred cordon training. The 2024 vintage was shaped by a challenging but ultimately rewarding season — a rainy June, humid summer heat waves managed through soil tillage and biostimulants, and a cooler September that slowed maturation and preserved freshness.
