Chateau des Antonins Bordeaux Blanc 2023 750ml
Winemaker Description
The Bordeaux Blanc from Antonins is a surprisingly crisp and zesty white wine. Reds often garner all of the attention in Bordeaux, but this is a "year-round" white that is great to have on hand to enjoy anytime.
Memo Summary Notes
Varietals - 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Semillon
The Château des Antonins Bordeaux Blanc 2023 is a standout example of a modern, accessible Bordeaux white. Produced at an estate with roots dating back to a 13th-century monastery, this vintage strikes a beautiful balance between historic terroir and vibrant, "New World" aromatic intensity.
The estate was originally an abbey for the Monks of Saint Anthony.
Winemaker Antoine de Roquefeuil spent time honing his craft in New Zealand. You can taste that influence here; it has the "zing" and tropical edge of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc but retains the stony, structured backbone that only Bordeaux soil provides.
Sylvain Baily Sancerre Chene Marchand 2024 750ml
Sylvain Bailly Sancerre Chêne Marchand — Loire Valley 2024
Sylvain Bailly is a family domaine with deep roots in Sancerre, farming Kimmeridgian marl and caillottes (stony limestone) soils across some of the appellation’s most prized sites. Chêne Marchand is one of Sancerre’s most prestigious crus, located in the village of Bué and renowned for its caillottes soils — a stony limestone that produces wines of greater power, richness, and longevity than your average Sancerre. This is not a simple, zesty Loire white: it is a structured, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc with the depth and precision to age. The Bailly family’s commitment to sustainable viticulture and meticulous winemaking ensures the purity and terroir expression that Chêne Marchand demands.
The nose bursts with grapefruit, white flowers, and a distinctive flinty minerality that is the unmistakable signature of the appellation. On the palate, lemon zest, green apple, and a refreshing, lively acidity carry through to a long, stony, mineral finish. Precise, focused, and built for the table.

Velich TO White 2021 750ml
Expert Review — Vintage 2021
Vinous 92 Points | A blend of Chardonnay, Welschriesling and Sauvignon Blanc from the younger vines of the estate (~15 years old). Gentle nuttiness and a touch of tatami mat on the nose, very subtle and calm. With air, a hint of butter emerges. The palate is all clarity, all lightness and all brightness on a super-slender frame that is soothing and smooth. Bone-dry.

About the Wine
Velich Tó White takes its name from the Hungarian word for "lake" — a nod to the estate’s proximity to Neusiedlersee in Burgenland, Austria. The Tó cuvée is sourced from the estate’s younger vines (15–25 years old) and blends Chardonnay, Welschriesling, and Sauvignon Blanc into a wine of remarkable purity and restraint.
Velich is one of Burgenland’s most respected producers, known for precision winemaking and a deep connection to terroir.
Tasting & Pairings
Gentle nuttiness, tatami mat, butter, orchard fruit, and citrus. Super-slender, bone-dry, and soothing with bright clarity and a smooth finish. Serve well chilled.
- Seafood — oysters, ceviche, or grilled branzino — the wine’s slender frame and acidity are ideal.
- Roasted chicken with herbs — the subtle nuttiness and butter notes complement poultry beautifully.
- Soft-ripened cheese or fresh burrata — the bone-dry finish cleanses the palate between bites.
Ventisquero Grey Glacier Single Block Sauvignon Blanc Longomilla Vineyard Atacama Chile 2023 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2023
The Wine Enthusiast by Jesica Vargas writes 90 Points | Delicate sweet notes of nectarine introduce this lively wine. The palate offers white fruit flavors, balanced by moderate acidity, leading to a crisp finish.
Winemaker Description
An attractive greenish-yellow colour. Its ageing in foudres has lent it citrus and green chilli pepper aromas, as well as saline notes. In the mouth, it is very structured and tense thanks to its high acidity and minerality. The finish is clean and persistent, with a subtle saline note coming through. This highly complex Sauvignon Blanc tempts you to enjoy it with food.
Block 22 is located on the first terrace of the river Huasco. It has very old, stony soils from the river which have very special qualities: a little clay and a lot of calcareous soil – lime, calcium carbonate – white soils. Characterized by low yields of grapes with very concentrated fresh fruit. In the Atacama Desert in the Huasco valley, the temperatures were fresh, especially at night. Temperatures are kept low because of the constant cool morning breezes blowing in from the Pacific Ocean, as well as the classic “Camanchaca”, a dense fog which comes in from the ocean, helping to regulate the temperatures and ensure an optimum level of humidity in the atmosphere.
Memo Summary Notes
The Ventisquero Grey Glacier Sauvignon Blanc 2023 from the Longomilla Vineyard is a highly distinctive wine that pushes the boundaries of Chilean viticulture. Grown in the Atacama Desert—the driest place on Earth—this wine is defined by "extreme" conditions, resulting in a profile that is far more saline and mineral than your typical New Zealand or Casablanca Sauvignon Blanc.
Pair with
The Perfect Match: Fresh oysters, sea urchins, or ceviche. The salinity in the wine acts like a squeeze of lime on fresh seafood.

Bürklin-Wolf Ruppertsberg Riesling Trocken 2023 750ml
Dr. Bürklin-Wolf | Ruppertsberg Riesling Trocken 2023 | Pfalz, Germany
Dr. Bürklin-Wolf is one of Germany's most storied biodynamic estates, farming the Pfalz with meticulous precision. Their Ruppertsberg Ortswein (village-level wine) is an open secret among Riesling lovers: sourced primarily from the estate's exclusively owned Gaisböhl Grosse Lage (Grand Cru) vineyard, it delivers Grand Cru-quality fruit at a village-level price. Certified biodynamic, vegan, and sealed with a screwcap for pristine freshness.
The 2023 vintage in the Pfalz produced wines of remarkable juiciness and precision. This bottling opens with a coolish, pure bouquet of star fruit, ripe citrus, and smoky mineral notes. The palate is mouth-filling yet elegant — creamy on entry, then salty minerality and electric acidity drive the finish long. Bone-dry, clean, and built to reward a few years of cellaring.
Tasting Notes - Vintage 2023
James Suckling — 94 Points: What a stunning village wine. The mouth-filling juiciness (think star fruit and the ripest citrus) is backed up with ample power. Creamy front palate, then the salty minerality and animating acidity kick in and push the finish way out there. A cuvée based on the Gaisböhl GG site of Ruppertsberg. Drink or hold.
Wine Advocate — 92 Points: Opens with a remarkably coolish, pure and refined bouquet with bright, elegant fruit and smoky aromas. Lean and elegant on the palate yet with ripe and juicy fruit — a very fine, elegant-finishing Riesling whose savory grip and tension will be better integrated after a few years of bottle age.
Vinous — 90 Points: A lovely flicker of reduction on the nose leads to an immensely juicy, rounded palate. Lemon-fresh Reine Claude plums with a lovely undertow of yeast. Absolutely bone-dry and clean on the bright finish.

Louis Jadot Meursault 2022 750ml
Louis Jadot Meursault — Côte de Beaune, Burgundy 2022
Louis Jadot is one of Burgundy's most celebrated and trusted négociants, producing wines of exceptional quality and consistency from the Côte d'Or since 1859. Their Meursault is a benchmark expression of this legendary appellation — the village that defines white Burgundy for wine lovers around the world. Meursault's unique combination of limestone and clay soils, combined with the 2022 vintage's exceptional ripeness and natural balance, has produced a Chardonnay of remarkable depth, texture, and longevity.
The nose is rich and inviting: ripe peach, golden apple, and honey layered with toasty oak and a subtle mineral undercurrent. On the palate, it is verging on creamy in texture — vibrant and harmonious, with beautifully integrated oak and a long, layered aftertaste where a distinctive mineral element emerges on the finish. Elegant, complex, and built to age gracefully.
Wine Spectator 92 Points — "Verging on creamy in texture, this white exudes peach, apple and honey flavors wrapped in an embrace of toasty oak. Vibrant and harmonious, with a long, layered aftertaste, where a mineral element emerges. Drink now through 2032." (Vintage 2022).

Josef Fischer Riesling Federspiel Rossatz 2022 750ml
Tasting Notes
Bristling with kinetic energy, the Rossatz offers a hugely expressive nose of tangy yellow fruits with a laser-like, salt-drenched palate that prompts salivation. Its acidity is juicy rather than cutting, and its 1.5 g/L of residual sugar are rendered completely invisible — a textbook example of dry Wachau Riesling at its most vibrant.
About the Wine
Fischer's village-level Rossatz Riesling is a blend of fruit from his various premier crus — grapes that don't quite make his rigorous cut for single-vineyard bottlings, yet still deliver exceptional quality and character. The Federspiel classification — the middle tier of the Wachau's ripeness hierarchy — signals a wine of elegant, food-friendly weight: lighter than Smaragd, yet with more depth and structure than a Steinfeder.
Food Pairing
A natural match for freshwater fish, sushi, oysters, light poultry, and herb-driven dishes. Serve well chilled.

Eduardo Torres Acosta IGT Terre Siciliane Bianco "Versante Est” 2024 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2024
Vinous 93 Points | The first of the two white wines, the 2024 Versante Nord is a blend of varieties sourced from six different vineyards at varying altitudes from the north side of the valley, which receives more sunlight during the day. This wine offers a wealth of power, with notes of salted pineapples, fresh sage, smoky earth, and saline. It’s bright with acidity, salinity, and a light wild side, though very well-managed. It had been bottled just three weeks earlier, so this tasting was a preview prior to its release. Drink over the coming 8-10 years.
Winemaker Description
This wine offers a strikingly pure expression of Mt. Etna’s eastern slopes. Grown on volcanic soils at high elevation, this white blend is taut, mineral, and refreshingly saline, with notes of citrus zest, herbs, and crushed rock. A brilliant new bottling from one of Etna’s most exciting voices—available now on pre-sale in limited quantities.
Eric Guido also last year assigned 91 Points to this plot- and said as follows of the 2023 vintage - Crushed rocks, dried flowers, raw almonds and freshly sliced nectarines form a savory bouquet as the 2023 Carricante Versante Est opens in the glass. Nearly salty in character, it washes across the palate with ease, showing tart orchard fruits and hints of lemony custard. The 2023 finishes with medium length, leaving a pleasant chamomile air to linger.

The Wine Advocate 90 Points | Under screw cap, the De Wetshof Estate 2024 Robertson Limestone Hill Chardonnay offers a simple delivery of citrus, pomelo and wild sage. The wine focuses on brightness and is extremely drinkable, but perhaps it's a little less complex compared to all the other very different Chardonnays in this portfolio. You get a pretty note of latex or natural rubber, which I really like. This wine is unoaked, and that's what sets it apart.

Fresh with medium structure.
Beaumont Chenin Blanc Hope Marguerite 2021 750ml

Vinous 91 Points | The 2021 Chenin Blanc Hope Marguerite works much better than the regular Chenin Blanc. With yellow plum, jasmine and touches of wet wool on the nose, this communicates the variety extremely well. The palate is well balanced with admirable concentration, fine balance and the acidity keeping everything focused. Lovely white peach and pithy fruit linger on the finish. This is worth seeking out.

Vietti Moscato d'Asti Cascinetta Piedmonte 2025 750ml
Vietti | Cascinetta | Moscato d'Asti DOCG | Piedmont, Italy | 2025
Vietti is one of Piedmont's most celebrated and historic estates, based in Castiglione Falletto in the heart of the Langhe and renowned above all for their benchmark Barolo and Barbaresco. Yet the Cascinetta Moscato d'Asti is a wine that stands entirely on its own merits — sourced from estate vineyards in Santo Stefano Belbo in the Canelli zone, the most prized area for Moscato Bianco in all of Piedmont, and consistently one of the finest expressions of the DOCG. Delicate, aromatic and irresistibly charming, it is the perfect introduction to the joys of great Italian Moscato.
Moscato d'Asti is a lightly sparkling (frizzante), low-alcohol style — typically around 5.5% ABV — that captures the pure, fragrant character of Moscato Bianco with a gentle effervescence and a natural sweetness that never feels heavy or cloying. The Cascinetta is a benchmark of the style: precise, fresh and beautifully balanced, with the kind of aromatic intensity and delicacy that only the finest Canelli-zone fruit can deliver.
The 2025 pours bright straw-yellow with shimmering hints of gold and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose is intensely aromatic — ripe peach, apricot, rose petals, acacia flowers and a whisper of ginger. The palate is sweet and delicate, with modest acidity, excellent balance and a lingering finish of fresh apricot and white flowers. Serve well chilled at 43–46°F and enjoy young while its freshness and aromatics are at their peak.
A natural partner for fresh fruit tarts, peach desserts, panna cotta, almond biscotti, panettone and light pastries. Also stunning as an aperitif or alongside spicy Asian cuisine.

Albert Boxler Pinot Blanc 2020 750ml
Importer Description
This Pinot Blanc is a masterful display of subtlety and refinement. Honeysuckle, peaches, and stone don’t shout at, but whisper seductively to your nose and palate." - Kermit Lynch.
Coming from vines located mainly at the bottom of hillsides and on granite soil, this Pinot Blanc borders on insolence in its elegance and deliciousness. It is very far from the classic style that is often found in Alsatian Pinot Blancs, which is quite simple. Here, Jean Boxler has done a real job in the vineyards as well as in the winemaking where we feel a much finer and more mineral side.
On the palate, the attack is precise, there is, as with his Sylvaner, a beautiful maturity that brings a real delicacy. The wine has a sensual texture, very silky, no aggressiveness emerges.
This is really not just a simple Pinot Blanc, it is extraordinarily long, precise and delicious.
Pedro Mendez Vino Branco Do Val Albarino 2023 750ml
Winemaker Description
This small-production Albarino comes from a mix of young and very old vines, made to be a pure, straight-to-the-point take on the bracing variety! The citrus blossom top notes, and core fruit character of apple & nectarine, come with a wash of powerful, saline-like acidity into the well-balanced finish, making for a mouthwateringly delicious experience.
Pedro’s Albariño collection is from the Salnés Valley hamlet, Meaño. If I were to draw a comparison to Pedro’s wines and our other growers in Rías Baixas, I’d say they’re more powerful than those of Manuel Moldes and, perhaps of equal power to Xesteiriña, but are more contained and classically styled than the latter. Pedro’s Albariños have broad shoulders, a compact core and megathrust. This may be partly due to the older average vine age of his many parcels, and, in some cases, deeper topsoil. Moldes’ cru Albariños are on schist, with his Afelio on the mostly granite. Xesteiriña harvests from a single plot of extremely hard metamorphic rock with almost no topsoil. The bedrock is somewhere between medium- to high-grade metamorphic rock: some looks like gneiss while others look like schist. Xesteiriña’s rock type is probably the rarest of all in Salnés with vineyards planted.

Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc Napa 2025 750ml
Rombauer Vineyards · Sauvignon Blanc · Napa & Sonoma Counties · California · 2025
Rombauer Vineyards has long been synonymous with California’s most hedonistic whites — and their Sauvignon Blanc, affectionately known as “California Sunshine in a Glass,” is no exception. Sourced from two estate vineyards in Sonoma prized for freshness and vibrancy, blended with select warmer sites in Napa County, the wine is farmed sustainably with NDVI aerial imaging to optimize each block individually. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented primarily in stainless steel with a portion in French oak and concrete for texture, and bottled under screwcap to lock in every bit of its aromatic intensity. 91 points from James Suckling.
The 2025 was shaped by a long, cool growing season — heavy winter rains replenishing the water table, followed by slow, even ripening through a cool spring and summer — yielding a wine of exceptional freshness and aromatic precision. Pale lemon-green in the glass, it bursts with key lime, freshly cut grass, grapefruit, stone fruit, and lychee. The palate is mid-weighted with brilliant acidity, a textured mouthfeel, and a linear, bright, mouthwatering finish that keeps you reaching for the next sip.
“Generous, fresh and vibrant, with white pepper, stone fruit, lychee and sliced lemon. The palate is mid-weighted with balanced acidity and textured mouthfeel with a linear, bright finish and freshness.”

Domaine Montbourgeau Savagnin L'etoile 2020 750ml JURA WHITE
Winemaker Description
This cuvée is the classic white wine of Montbourgeau. It is usually bottled after 24 to 30 months of élevage in barrel.
The very special nature of the appellation of L’Etoile produces white wines of exceptional finesse and complexity.
The fermentation occurs in stainless steel but, after malolactic, the wine is racked into small barrel and demi-muids for two years. At that point, the entire production is assembled and left for several months in cuve before being bottled.

Carl Loewen Estate Riesling ORGANIC 2022 750ml
Carl Loewen · Estate Riesling · Liewener Klostergarten · Mosel · Germany · 2022
Christopher Loewen is one of the Mosel’s most quietly celebrated winemakers — a craftsman who farms organically, ferments with native yeasts in large Fuder casks without temperature control, and lets each wine find its own expression. The Estate Riesling comes entirely from the Liewener Klostergarten, a site with richer soils than Loewen’s steep single-vineyard parcels, formerly bottled as a Kabinett and now declassified to “Estate” to preserve the single-vineyard designation for the estate’s highest-quality expressions. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented spontaneously, and stopped by taste — this is Riesling made with the patience and instinct of a true artisan.
The 2022 is dry-styled, rustic, and deeply approachable — a wine of beautiful complexity and mouth-filling texture born from Fuder aging and spontaneous fermentation. Yellow stone fruit, pear, and spiced citrus are underscored by a pleasingly savory salinity. At once mineral and generous, it is the kind of Riesling that rewards attention and rewards the table equally.
“A dry-styled Riesling that is at once rustic and approachable. Rockstar winemaker Christopher Loewen raises this wine in large Fuder casks, using spontaneous fermentation. This gives the wine a beautiful complexity and mouth-filling texture. A mix of yellow stone fruit, pear, and spiced citrus is underscored by a pleasingly savory salinity.”

Pheasant's Tears Kisi 2024 Organic 750ml
Pheasant's Tears | Kisi | Qvevri Amber Wine | Kakheti, Republic of Georgia | 2024 | Organic
Pheasant's Tears is one of Georgia's most celebrated natural wine producers, founded by Gela Patalishvili — an 8th-generation winemaker from the Kakheti region — and John Wurdeman, an American painter who fell in love with Georgia and its ancient wine culture in 1998. Together, they have dedicated themselves to preserving and reviving Georgia's extraordinary 8,000-year-old winemaking heritage, farming around ten indigenous grape varieties without pesticides or herbicides and vinifying everything in qvevri — traditional clay amphorae buried in the earth, used in Georgia since the Neolithic era.
Kisi is a rare and ancient Georgian white grape variety grown almost exclusively in the Kakheti region, in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains. At Pheasant's Tears, it is vinified in the traditional Georgian manner: fermented and aged in qvevri with extended skin maceration of six months — producing what Georgians call an "amber wine" and the rest of the world has come to know as "orange wine." The result is a wine of extraordinary depth, texture, and complexity that has no real equivalent in the conventional wine world.
The 2024 Kisi is deep amber-gold in the glass. The nose is captivating — dried apricot, quince, honey, beeswax, dried flowers, and a hint of walnut, with an earthy, almost ancient quality that speaks directly to the qvevri. On the palate, unusually powerful structure with grippy, polished tannins — rare in a white wine — balanced by bright acidity and a long, complex, spiced finish. Not aggressive, but deeply serious. A wine that transports you elsewhere entirely.
Made from certified organic grapes. Pair with spiced lamb, charcuterie, aged Parmesan, old Comté, washed-rind cheeses, roasted root vegetables, and dishes with Middle Eastern or Caucasian spice profiles.

Cume do Avia Colleita Branco Ribeiro 2022 750ml Galicia Spain
Expert Review - Vintage 2022
Luis Guitierez of The Wine Advocate writes 93+ Points | They haven't produced this wine since 2019, and there are substantial changes. There's no Treixadura in the 2022 Viño Branco Dos Canotos; they didn't do any skin contact; and it didn't go through malolactic, because it has a low pH (3.0) and high acidity. It matured in chestnut cask with full less until bottling in May 2023, quite early. The wine is dominated by the Albariño (around 40%, the rest, Lado, Caíño Branco and Loureira) in the aromatics, floral and herbal. It has around 11.7% alcohol, a very tasty and vibrant palate with pungent flavors, and very good persistence and length. There are only 910 bottles.
Winemaker Description
Lovely lemon and peach aromas with hints of honeysuckle and white pepper, super fresh, light-bodied, airy, silky on the palate.
Jean Perrier Apremont Cuvee Gastronomie 2024 750ml
Winemaker Description
100% Jacquère. The Abymes appellation sits lower and the slope than the Apremont and is on generally flatter land. Stainless steel fermentation and aging.
A firm, mineral spine and racy acidity support this wines core of lemon, verbena, peach and pear notes. This is the perfect match for fondue, raclette or a good old fashioned charcuterie plate.
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre 2025 750ml
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy | Sancerre Blanc | Loire Valley | 2025
The Reverdys are one of the appellation's essential winemaking families and they have thoroughly mastered elegant and delicious Sancerre. Winemaker Julie Guiard simply has the right touch, making her Sancerre one of the most universally gratifying white wines out there. In the village of Verdigny, Reverdy's vineyards feature two of Sancerre's three principal soil types: mainly caillottes — pebbly white limestone — and some terres blanches, composed of richer marl formed in the Kimmeridgian era. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc balancing bright, zesty citrus and delicate floral nuances with an enveloping texture and stony, saline notes that make your mouth water. Irresistibly charming now, it can even age for a few years if desired. — Anthony Lynch
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy is based in Verdigny, one of the most respected villages within the Sancerre appellation, where the family has farmed their vineyards for generations. The estate's parcels sit on two of Sancerre's three classic soil types — caillottes (pebbly white limestone) and terres blanches (Kimmeridgian marl) — a combination that gives the wine both the bright, citrus-driven freshness of limestone and the richer texture and mineral depth of the ancient marl soils. Under winemaker Julie Guiard, the domaine has become a benchmark for the appellation: precise, elegant and consistently delicious.
The 2025 opens with vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach and fresh-cut grass, accented by delicate floral notes, a whisper of smoke and the stony, saline minerality that is the signature of Verdigny's limestone soils. The palate is bright and lively, with an enveloping texture and exquisite balance of fruit, acidity and mineral tension. A long, mouthwatering finish with saline and citrus notes lingers beautifully. A cut above textbook Loire Sauvignon Blanc — and a wine that rewards a few years of cellaring if you can resist opening it immediately.
Serve well chilled at 46–50°F. An ideal partner for raw oysters, grilled fish, fish tacos, shellfish, sushi, goat cheese, tomato salads, gazpacho and light vegetable dishes.

Kara Tara, Chardonnay 2021 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2021
Tim Atkin MW 92 Points | Kara-Tara is Stark-Condé winemaker Rudger van Wyk’s own project, entirely focused on Burgundian grapes. This stylish Chardonnay marries grapes from Elgin, the Overberg and Paarl. Poised between citrus and stone fruit flavours, with subtle toast and wet stone undertones. 2022-27′.
Producer Description
Kara-Tara is a joint-venture between Rüdger van Wyk (2018 Diners Club Young Winemaker of the Year) and José Conde of Stark-Condé Wines. Translated from the Khoisan, the language from the first people in Southern Africa, it means “deep dark shadows” and refers to the Karatara river that runs through Rüdger’s home town, near Knysna which is located in South Africa, on the Cape South Coast, facing the Indian Ocean.
This wine has the classic notes of lemon and grapefruit you’d expect from Chardonnay, with hints of almond and a fine mineral finish.
