Frasca La Guaragna Nizza 2020 750ml
Winemaker Description
Barbera, along with Nebbiolo and Dolcetto, is widely planted throughout Piemonte. Many Barolo and Barbaresco producers will also make a Barbera mainly because the aging requirement is far shorter allowing them to see a profit from the harvest earlier. In the commune of Nizza, the Barbera grape steps into the spotlight and takes center stage. This is where Barbera reaches its heights of glory.
The Frasca family has 22 hectares of vineyard in Nizza, with vines averaging 30 years of age. Their 2020 Barbera Nizza DOCG opens with an inviting bouquet of dark cherries, blackberries, and plums, intertwined with notes of violet, tobacco, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, showcasing intense flavors of ripe black fruits, licorice, and a touch of dark chocolate, balanced by firm tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and complex, with lingering hints of fruit, spice, and subtle oak nuances.

Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley 2022 750ml
Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon — Napa Valley 2022
Freemark Abbey is one of Napa Valley’s most historic estates — a winery with roots stretching back to 1886 and a reputation built on classic, terroir-driven Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker Kristy Melton sources from a diverse portfolio of estate vineyards and carefully selected purchased fruit across multiple Napa appellations and elevations — including the legendary Bosché Vineyard, Orchard Vineyard, Red Hen Vineyard, Colline, Henrickson, Carpenter, Red Barn Ranch, Castle Rock, and Atalon — to craft a wine that is classic, balanced, and genuinely complex. The 2022 vintage produced approximately 11,000 cases, with a blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, and 1% Merlot, aged 20 months in French oak with 47% new barrels. Harvest ran from August 13th through October 14th, 2022. Alcohol: 14.5%. pH: 3.66.
The color is a deep, concentrated ruby. The nose is classic and inviting: dark chocolate, black forest fruits, oak spices, leather, and cedar, with bright aromas of ripe cherries and sunny strawberries adding lift and freshness. On the palate, it is full-bodied and soft — blueberry compote, espresso, olive, dried herbs, and black pepper, with fresh red currants and light baking spices woven through a velvety, well-structured mid-palate. The tannins are integrated and approachable, making it enjoyable now while remaining capable of cellaring well for years to come.
Expert Reviews - Vintage 2022
Decanter — 92 Points (Jonathan Cristaldi, Jul 2025)
James Suckling — 92 Points
“Bright aromas, ripe flavors, a full body but rather light tannins give this wine an easy drinkability. Red cherries and sunny strawberries on the nose, then a palate of good acidity with fresh red currants and light baking spices. Drink or hold.”Wine Advocate — 90 Points
“Cedar and mocha shadings accent ripe cherries on the nose, while the full-bodied palate is soft and velvety. Forward and probably not meant for the cellar, this is still a tasty wine, with just a hint of dried fruit on the finish.”

Crushed red berry fruit, blood orange, cinnamon and crushed flowers soar from the glass. This vibrant, exuberant red offers tons of forward fruit buffered by brisk acids that add notable energy. Eminently quaffable, the 2023 also has plenty of complexity to satisfy more intellectually curious wine lovers.
Winemaker Notes
A love letter to California, Flycatcher is our newest wine that celebrates the wonderful and diverse terroirs of our home state — from Lodi to Los Carneros. An ambitious prospect we know, capturing the whole of California in a bottle, but we’ve been guided by some seriously inspiring growers and treasured vineyards that fitted together in a way that felt, and tasted, just right.
Frog’s Leap Flycatcher 2023 is a California red blend crafted to showcase the diversity and vibrancy of the state’s wine country. It’s designed as a fresh, approachable, and food-friendly wine made from a mix of grapes sourced “with intention” from heritage vineyards across California, reflecting different terroirs beyond the winery’s Napa home.
The blend typically features a variety of varietals — including Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Merlot, Tempranillo, Cinsault, Carignane, and Syrah — that together create a generous, fruit-forward profile with red berry aromatics, savory depth, and balanced structure. The result is a versatile, everyday red that’s vibrant and layered, with flavors of ripe strawberries, blueberries, spice, and herbal notes, making it easy to enjoy on its own or paired with a wide range of foods.
Frog's Leap Merlot Rutherford Napa Valley 2022 750ML (Pre-Sale - ETA March 5th, 2026)
Frog’s Leap Merlot 2022 is a classic Napa Valley Merlot that highlights the rich fruit and refined structure typical of the grape and region. On the nose, it features plum and dark fruit aromas with lush, inviting character, showing why Merlot from this area can be particularly expressive. The wine often displays flavors of succulent plum, black cherry, and subtle earthy or sage notes with supple tannins and balanced acidity, resulting in a medium-to-full-bodied, flavorful profile.
Frog’s Leap produces this wine with attention to site and soil—cool clay soils in Rutherford contribute to the depth and texture of the wine—and the Merlot usually represents a smaller, carefully tended portion of the estate’s production, making it a special expression in their lineup
Frog's Leap Rutherford Valley Concrete Aged Sauvignon Blanc 2023 750ML (Pre-Sale - ETA March 5, 2026)
Frog’s Leap Concrete Aged Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is fermented and aged entirely in concrete tanks (sometimes referred to as “concrete eggs”), rather than in oak or primarily stainless steel. This concrete aging preserves purity and freshness of fruit while adding mineral texture and balance without oak influence.
The wine typically shows crisp, bright citrus and stone fruit aromas with a flinty, earthy, and chalky mineral character — a style that emphasizes purity and terroir. On the palate it’s balanced and elegant, with racy acidity and aromatic richness, making it refreshing and food-friendly.
Because of the concrete aging, this Sauvignon Blanc often leans toward minerality and stony notes rather than overt tropical fruit, offering a distinctive expression of Rutherford fruit in a non-oaky, texturally intriguing style

Frog's Leap Zinfandel Napa Valley 2021 750ML
Frog’s Leap has been making Zinfandel in Napa Valley for decades, and this 2021 is a masterclass in restraint and elegance — a world away from the overripe, high-alcohol style that defined California Zin for so long. Using their signature technique of cold-soaking the Petite Sirah portion of the co-ferment before infusing it into the fermenting Zinfandel ten days later, the winemaking team locks in freshness and accentuates the wine’s natural elegance. A dash of Carignane adds acidity and structure, while aging largely in small concrete tanks preserves the wine’s vibrancy. The result is deeply flavored, beautifully balanced, and genuinely fresh — equally compelling with a slight chill on a summer evening or after a few years in the cellar.

Fromagerie Poitou Chèvre - 'P’tit Sainte Maure d’Antan' aged goat cheese (France, Poitou-Charentes, 6oz)
P’tit Sainte Maure d’Antan — Fromagerie Poitou Chèvre, Deux-Sèvres, Poitou-Charentes, France
The Loire Valley is the spiritual home of French chèvre — and Poitou-Charentes, just to the south, is where the tradition runs deepest. Fromagerie Poitou Chèvre has been crafting goat cheeses in the Deux-Sèvres with the same meticulous care for generations, and the P’tit Sainte Maure d’Antan is their most emblematic expression. Shaped in the traditional cylindrical log form and hand-molded in individual molds, it is aged between 12 and 25 days — long enough to develop a natural rind and a white, creamy paste with a smooth, melting texture, but short enough to preserve the fresh, lactic brightness that makes great chèvre so irresistible. This is French goat cheese at its most classic and most honest.
When young, the flavour is delicate and slightly acidic — clean, fresh, and lactic at its core. As it refines toward the 25-day mark, richer, earthier notes emerge: a gentle nuttiness, a whisper of mushroom, and a beautifully balanced complexity that speaks directly of the Poitevin terroir. The texture is smooth and melting, with a natural rind that adds just enough rustic character to make every bite interesting.

Fukucho Sake Junmai Forgotten Fortune 720ml
Fukucho ‘Forgotten Fortune’ Junmai Sake — Hiroshima, Japan | 720ml
Fukucho ‘Forgotten Fortune’ is one of the most extraordinary sake stories in Japan — and one of the most extraordinary bottles on our shelves. Miho Imada, one of Japan’s only female brewery owners and toji (master brewer), devoted over 10 years of her life to reviving Hattanso — an extinct heirloom rice variety from the Akitsu region of Hiroshima that had disappeared from cultivation entirely. She learned to grow it, learned to brew with it, and then made a deliberate choice to mill it less than most Junmais, believing that minimal polishing best expresses the full flavor, balance, and complexity of this ancient grain. The result is a sake unlike anything else: earthy, bold, and deeply expressive, with a character that could only come from Hiroshima — the birthplace of Ginjo sake and home to more oyster beds than anywhere else in Japan.
The nose is earthy and inviting, with accents of lemon and apricot. On the palate, it is bold and zesty, with a rich, textured mouthfeel and a clean, mineral finish that reflects both the ancient rice and the soft Hiroshima water. It is a sake built for the table — and there is no better pairing in the world than a glass of Forgotten Fortune alongside a plate of fresh Hiroshima oysters.
- Brewery: Fukucho (Imada Shuzo), Hiroshima, Japan
- Brewer: Miho Imada — female brewery owner & toji
- Style: Junmai — pure rice sake, minimal polishing

Fukucho Sake Moon on the Water Junmai Ginjo 300ml
Fukucho ‘Moon on the Water’ Junmai Ginjo — Hiroshima, Japan | 300ml
Fukucho is one of Japan’s most remarkable sake breweries — and one of its rarest: owned and led by Miho Imada, one of the only female brewery owners and toji (master brewers) in the country. Located in Hiroshima, the birthplace of Ginjo sake, Fukucho draws on the region’s legendary soft water — a resource so delicate it demands extraordinary skill to use in fermentation, but once mastered, enables a level of aromatic precision and fruit expression that is simply unmatched. ‘Moon on the Water’ is bottled immediately without charcoal filtering, preserving every nuance of the brew in its purest form. At under $30 for a 300ml bottle, it is one of the most compelling values in premium Junmai Ginjo sake.
The nose is vibrant and aromatic: lime, melon, fennel, white pepper, and allspice. On the palate, flavors gravitate toward ripe cantaloupe and anise, with the soft minerality of Hiroshima’s famous water evident in the clean, precise finish. Beautifully soft and feminine — a sake of rare elegance and character.

Fulvi - 'Pecorino Romano del Lazio DOP' whole, raw sheep's milk aged 10-12 months (Lazio, Italy, 7oz)
Fulvi Pecorino Romano del Lazio DOP — Nepi, Lazio, Italy
Fulvi is the benchmark for what Pecorino Romano was always meant to be — and it is categorically different from the mass-produced versions most people know. Made from 100% whole, unpasteurized sheep’s milk collected from Sopravissana and Siciliana breed flocks in the Roman countryside, and produced in Nepi just 15 miles north of Rome, this is an ancient cheese with an unbroken lineage. Aged a minimum of 10 to 12 months and coated in traditional black wax, Fulvi carries the DOP designation that guarantees its Lazio origin and production standards. The key distinction: Fulvi uses whole milk, not skimmed — giving it a higher butterfat content, a less dry texture, and a less aggressive saltiness than Sardinian Pecorino Romano. The result is a cheese that is rich, complex, and deeply versatile: magnificent grated over pasta, and equally rewarding eaten as is.
The paste is ivory-white and semi-firm with a dense, slightly granular texture that yields to a long, savory finish. The aroma is sheepy and pastoral, with a warm nuttiness and a gentle tang. The flavor is full and rounded — bold enough to stand up to a rich ragù, refined enough to eat with honey and a glass of Frascati.
- Producer: Fulvi, Nepi, Lazio, Italy
- Certification: Pecorino Romano DOP
- Milk Type: Whole, unpasteurized sheep’s milk (Sopravissana & Siciliana breeds)
- Style: Semi-firm, black wax coated, aged
- Aging: Minimum 10–12 months
- Size: 7oz
- Tasting Notes: Ivory paste, sheepy aroma, warm nuttiness, gentle tang, full savory flavor, long finish
- Best Paired With: Pasta all’Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, grilled lamb, honey, crusty bread, Frascati, or a medium-bodied Italian red
Ancient craft, Lazio terroir, whole milk integrity — Fulvi’s Pecorino Romano DOP is the benchmark for what this storied Italian cheese can truly be.

G4 Tequila Reposado Premium 100% de Agave 750ml
Producer Description
G4 Tequila Reposado is a premium Mexican tequila that offers a unique and exceptional drinking experience. Crafted with utmost care and attention to detail, this tequila is made from 100% blue agave plants grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
One of the most important aspects of G4 Tequila Reposado is its production process. The agave plants are carefully selected, hand-harvested, and cooked in traditional brick ovens to extract the sweet nectar. The extracted juice is then fermented using natural yeast, which adds complexity and depth to the final product.
After fermentation, the tequila undergoes a double distillation process in copper stills. This method helps to preserve the natural flavors and aromas of the agave, resulting in a smooth and refined spirit.
G4 Tequila Reposado is aged for a minimum of 8 months in American oak barrels, which imparts a rich golden color and adds layers of complexity to the tequila. During this aging process, the flavors of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak are infused into the spirit, creating a harmonious balance between the agave and the wood.
The aroma of G4 Tequila Reposado is inviting and enticing. It offers a delicate blend of cooked agave, citrus, and floral notes, with a hint of spice. On the palate, the tequila is smooth and velvety, with a perfect balance of sweetness and earthiness. The flavors of agave, vanilla, caramel, and oak are beautifully integrated, creating a complex and satisfying taste profile.
G4 Tequila Reposado is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, allowing the flavors to fully develop and unfold. It can also be used as a base for premium cocktails, adding depth and character to any mixed drink.
What sets G4 Tequila Reposado apart is its commitment to quality and tradition. The brand is owned by the Sauza family, who have been producing tequila for over 140 years. The master distiller, Felipe Camarena, is a fourth-generation tequila producer and is known for his dedication to preserving traditional production methods while incorporating modern techniques.
