The Wine Spectator 95 Points | A perfumed, elegant and complex version, with inviting, high-toned notes of red currant and cherry draped with warm licorice. Famille Vincent is the family behind Château Fuissé — one of the most celebrated and historic domaines in Pouilly-Fuissé, and the benchmark producer of the appellation. Located in the village of Fuissé in the Mâconnais, the estate has been in the Vincent family for generations and is today led by Antoine Vincent, who continues the family's commitment to expressing the full potential of Chardonnay on the distinctive limestone and clay soils of southern Burgundy. The Marie Antoinette cuvée is a tribute to Marie-Antoinette Vincent — Antoine's grandmother and a beloved figure in the family's history — crafted to be an approachable, high-quality introduction to the Château Fuissé style: elegant, mineral, and unmistakably Pouilly-Fuissé.

The color is pale yellow with hints of green. Fèlsina Berardenga Chianti Classico — Tuscany 2022

Fèlsina is the benchmark estate of Castelnuovo Berardenga, the sun-drenched southeastern corner of Chianti Classico where the zone spills toward Siena. The 2022 Berardenga is immediate and effusive — a wine that wears its terroir openly: Maritime pine, Mediterranean scrub, wild broom, and ripe strawberry, all framed by the estate's signature rocky minerality. Antonio Galloni called it "an archetype of Castelnuovo Berardenga" and awarded it 91 points. At $29.99, it is one of the most compelling values in Chianti Classico.

James Suckling 93 Points | Aromas of fresh red cherries and some rose-like florals, in an upbeat, fruit-driven style. A very concentrated and ripe array of brambly raspberries and red cherries with smooth tannins, delivering a web of fresh-fruit flavor. Succulent and spicy, oak-tinged finish.

The Wine Advocate 92 Points | Normally a bit darker in fruit tone than the blended bottling, the 2018 Cornish Point Pinot Noir features black cherries and a hint of licorice, plus some vaguely floral notions. It's medium to full-bodied, with supple tannins and just a bit of chocolate on the finish, reflecting the warmth of the vintage. 

The Wine Enthusiast 91 Points | This Pinot, from a low lying vineyard almost completely surrounded by water, is simultaneously the most reductive, floral and fruity of this renowned biodynamic producer's lineup. The reduction gives a salty edge but it doesn't overpower the plump cherry and plum fruit or rose petal aromas. The palate is nicely textured with a solid line of acidity that buoys the plush fruit and flows to a long cocktail bitters finish. While this lacks the vibrancy and elegance of some of FR's other single-site wines, it's nevertheless an appealing drop.

Fermín Jamón de Cebo Ibérico 50% Pata Negra — Salamanca, Spain

Fermín is one of Spain’s most respected Ibérico producers, based in La Alberca in the Sierra de Francia mountains of Salamanca — a region with centuries of curing tradition and a protected natural environment. Their Jamón de Cebo Ibérico is crafted from 50% Ibérico (Pata Negra) pigs raised on a grain-based diet in Spain’s storied dehesa countryside, then slow-cured using traditional methods to develop the deep, complex flavors that define great Spanish ham. Silky, nutty, and beautifully marbled — this is authentic Spanish charcuterie at its finest.

Rey Fernando de Castilla is one of Jerez's most celebrated boutique bodegas, founded in 1999 by Norwegian entrepreneur Jan Pettersen in the historic Jerez de la Frontera. The bodega has quickly earned a reputation for producing some of the finest and most authentic Sherries in the region — wines of exceptional purity, complexity, and terroir expression that honor the ancient traditions of Jerez while bringing a modern sensibility to their presentation.

Fino is the driest and most delicate style of Sherry — a wine unlike any other in the world. Made from Palomino Fino grapes grown on the chalky albariza soils that are unique to the Jerez region, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel before fortification. The wine is then biologically aged under a living layer of flor yeast in American oak barrels within a traditional solera system — a continuous fractional blending process that produces wines of no singular age. The Fino Classic is approximately 5 years old on average, the flor protecting the wine from oxidation and imparting its signature saline, nutty, and yeasty complexity.

Pale straw in the glass. The nose is enticing and complex — nectarine, white peach, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, chalk, quinine, and citrus oil. On the palate, medium-bodied and bone dry with layers of apple, earth, subtle banana, caramel, and saline, a lemon citrus backbone, and a long, vigorous, dry finish with a lovely fleur de sel echo. Drink now — and keep refrigerated after opening.
